Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, React.js, Python, and payment systems. This role demands both technical depth and leadership ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions in the fast-paced fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

• Strong programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend expertise with React.js, including Redux, Hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, data services, or microservice development.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, including gateways, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and card payments.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, API security, and API management.
• Database knowledge: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

Leadership and Management:

• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams of 515 members.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative development culture.

Project Management:

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab/GitHub.

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with executive leadership and clients.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
• Ability to align technical decisions with business goals and customer needs.

Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Payment Processing domains is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
