Job summary

HypTechie in Delhi is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee technical design, development and delivery across projects. The role requires hands-on leadership, guiding teams through complex challenges, mentoring members, and driving technical excellence.

You will lead architecture for web, mobile and server tech, perform code reviews, set up CI/CD pipelines, ensure security best practices, manage deployments and involve stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on development in web, mobile, and server technologies.
• Proficiency in PHP, Java, Node.js, HTML5, CSS.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile security standards and best practices.
• Understanding of browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with Relational (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines, static analysis tools, and code coverage tools.
• Experience in writing automated unit and functional tests.
