You will lead end-to-end delivery, own architecture, mentor teams, and engage with clients. Strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, Angular/React, and DevOps skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, and frontend tech (Angular/React).
• Experience in designing enterprise-scale applications and leading delivery end-to-end.
• Hands-on in AWS services and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

Job Summary

The candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React. The role requires a strong technical leader who can own end‑to‑end delivery, drive architecture and solution design, mentor development teams, and engage with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical design and development of enterprise‑scale applications.
• Drive architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical decision‑making.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and complex production issues.

Java & Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain Microservices‑based architectures.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Apply appropriate design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot complex application issues.

Full Stack Development

• Strong experience in modern frontend development using Angular and/or React.
• Work across both backend and frontend layers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Ensure responsive, scalable, and high‑performing applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

AWS & Cloud

Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services, including:

• EC2
• Lambda
• S3
• RDS
• API Gateway
• CloudWatch
• IAM
• Other relevant AWS cloud‑native services
• Design and implement scalable cloud‑native architectures.
• Ensure appropriate AWS security, monitoring, availability, and cost‑optimization practices.
• Support application deployment and production operations on AWS.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate build, deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Promote reliable and scalable deployment practices.

Database

• Strong experience with relational databases such as:

• Experience with database design, SQL optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Agile & Delivery Management

• Strong experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from solution design through development, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and distributed teams.
• Drive release management and ensure timely delivery of business‑critical initiatives.
