The Java Full Stack Technical Lead (8+ Years), will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Java, front‑end and back‑end technologies, and a strong ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a commitment to excellence, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
2. Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the code base. Should have an understanding of project configuration management.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Plan, execute, and monitor development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Identify and mitigate risks, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.
4. Develop and maintain server‑side applications using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies. Design and implement responsive front‑end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, and Vue.js). Integrate front‑end and back‑end components to create seamless user experiences.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
