Description :

• Expert - Full Stack Development - INFull Stack Development are involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of custom applications. Their job involves designing and developing the UI, business logic, data & integration layer along with testing and maintenance of these layers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

• They are adept in the use of tools and technologies across tiers, and are proficient in working with systems infrastructure, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, Front-end code (HTML/CSS, bootstrap, React JS, Angular JS) and web stack back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Java, ruby on rails etc.).
• They have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development.
• They possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new frameworks, languages and tools as required on projects

About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Tech Lead - Java Full Stack Development to lead and drive end-to-end application development initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable full-stack solutions while providing technical leadership to development teams.

You will work across the entire technology stack from UI and business logic to data integration and infrastructure ensuring delivery of high-quality, robust applications that meet business objectives.

This is a leadership role that requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and guide teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end full-stack applications, ensuring architectural soundness, scalability, and performance.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the team.
• Provide guidance on technology selection, framework adoption, and integration strategies.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Full Stack Development :

• Build robust back-end services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL and relational databases.
• Implement messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka or other queue management tools.
• Integrate systems and applications through RESTful APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• As per the requirement, should be able to design and develop user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, React JS, or Angular JS.

DevOps & CI/CD :

• Champion CI/CD practices and ensure seamless integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage infrastructure, monitoring, and release management.
• Experience with Autosys for batch job scheduling is a plus.

Agile & Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Quality & Maintenance :

• Ensure comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of developed components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Must-Have Technical Skills :

• Java (8+ years of hands-on experience)
• Spring Boot (building microservices and RESTful APIs)
• Apache Camel (integration and routing frameworks)
