Job summary

Trigyn Technologies Limited is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee end-to-end development across backend, frontend, databases and cloud platforms. The role involves technical leadership, requirement analysis with clients, and delivery planning for complex, distributed solutions.

The candidate will design architectures, oversee implementation, and ensure production readiness with CI/CD, load testing, and performance optimization across Azure, AWS, and on‑premise components.

• Database design, migration, and optimization across MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and ClickHouse.
• Big-data solution implementation using Spark and data pipelines.
• End-to-end ownership from requirement analysis to production support.

• Cloud & Azure: Azure Environment, Azure Functions/Serverless Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Routing Rules, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Cognitive Search
• AWS: AWS services, S3, Lambda, SQS and related cloud services
• Big Data & Analytics: ClickHouse, Apache Spark, Data Pipelines
• DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, CI/CD pipeline creation, configuration, maintenance and deployment support
• Infrastructure: On-premises server management and support
• Testing & Performance: Load testing support, performance analysis and optimization
• Architecture & Integration: API development, cloud integrations, serverless architecture and distributed data processing

Technical & Project Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and hands‑on development across backend, frontend, database and cloud technologies.
• Requirement gathering and analysis with clients and stakeholders.
• Preparation of technical estimates, implementation plans and delivery timelines.
• Solution design, technical planning and implementation oversight.
• Development and maintenance of applications using Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Java, Angular, React.js and Python.
• Design and implementation of cloud‑based solutions using Azure and AWS services.
• Creation, configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab and Bitbucket.
• Release management, deployment coordination and production support.
• Load testing support, performance analysis and resolution of application/database performance issues.
• Database design, migration, optimization and support across MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB and ClickHouse.
• Big‑data solution implementation using ClickHouse, Spark and data pipelines.
• On‑premises server management, infrastructure coordination and technical support.
• Support for ISO 9001 audits, including preparation/review of technical documentation and required evidence.
• Client communication, technical discussions, issue resolution and regular project status updates.
• Vendor management, including coordination with vendor teams, technical guidance, task allocation, delivery tracking and issue resolution.
• Coordination with infrastructure, DevOps, security, database and application teams for deployments and production issues.
• Technical documentation, architecture/design documentation and implementation documentation.
• Production issue investigation, RCA preparation and implementation of corrective actions.
• End‑to‑end ownership of technical activities from requirement analysis through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.

Management / Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical teams across development, QA, DevOps, database and infrastructure functions.
• Review technical approaches and provide guidance on implementation and architecture decisions.
• Prepare implementation and release plans and coordinate execution with internal and vendor teams.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Act as a technical point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure development, testing, deployment and operational activities follow defined processes and standards
