You will drive frontend in Angular/TypeScript, backend in C#/.NET, and real-time aspects via SignalR, while aligning with product strategy and architecture teams.

You will own delivery end-to-end—from backlog shaping to release readiness—advancing architecture, quality engineering with Playwright, and DevOps collaboration on CI/CD and Kubernetes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and Lead full-stack, multi-disciplinary engineering function covering Angular/TypeScript frontends, C#/.NET backend services and integration with SignalR.
• Own delivery from backlog shaping and requirements clarification through estimation, planning, execution, test completion, release readiness and post-delivery stabilization
• Lead architecture and design reviews, govern engineering standards, and ensure technical decisions align with the architecture team and broader product strategy.
• Drive quality engineering across unit, component, API, integration, regression and end-to-end testing using Playwright and Oversee defect triage and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with UX, Product Management to translate user and workflow needs into consistent, responsive and maintainable product experiences.
• Coordinate with DevOps and release owners on CI/CD, container images, Kubernetes environments, package/dependency management, configuration, vulnerability scanning, SBOM and release-build expectations.
• Coach team members, conduct constructive reviews, support performance and competency development, manage delivery and technical risks, and communicate status, decisions and escalations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline; equivalent demonstrable experience may be considered.

12+ years of software development experience, including substantial technical leadership, people management and project/program delivery responsibility

• People and technical leadership: Experience in cross functional and leading, development/testing teams, mentoring senior and junior staff, setting standards, resolving conflicts and maintaining delivery accountability in a distributed environment.
• Strong prior hands-on development experience with enough breadth to guide and drive full-stack design, development and review the
• development of C#/.NET Web API, Services
• development of Frontend using Angular 18, TypeScript
• development of interactive capabilities and using WebGL, Storybook
• development of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs
• development of Python 3.10 Backend Services
• Demonstrated experience governing distributed application architecture and integrations using REST APIs plus real-time communication using one or more of SignalR
• Project and program management: Proven ability in Agile/Scrum and project management tools Jira, Confluence to plan scope, estimates, milestones, resources, dependencies etc.
• Data and storage: Working knowledge of MongoDB and MinIO/object-storage patterns.
• Quality leadership: Strong understanding of automated test strategy and quality gates across frontend, backend, API, integration and end-to-end layers, including Playwright
• Secure software delivery: Sound knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure-development practices, authentication, authorization, role-based access, token/session management, dependency risk and vulnerability remediation.
• Stakeholder management: Ability to communicate plans, risks, trade-offs and technical proposals to Product, UX, QA, Systems, Architecture, DevOps, Release Engineering and customer, stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes basics: pods, services, probes, config maps ,logs, infrastructure, deployment environments.
• Secure delivery pipeline: Experience with CI/CD automation, container-image creation, automated release processes, dependency and package management, vulnerability scanning, and Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation.
• Experience with ELK, Prometheus and Grafana for diagnostics and operational visibility.
• Experience with Keycloak integration, role-based access control (RBAC), token handling, authentication flows and session lifecycle management.
• Exposure to scientific, electron-microscopy, medical-device, laboratory, industrial-instrumentation or other device-driven software
