Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking a senior full stack developer to drive end-to-end development across multiple products and platforms. You will provide hands‑on leadership to backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud teams, translating business requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions.

The role involves owning design artefacts (HLD/LLD), building REST APIs, and guiding deployments with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end full stack application development across multiple products and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and hands‑on guidance to backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud teams.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, cloud-native technical solutions.
• Own technical design/documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and integration diagrams.
• Design and review REST APIs, service interfaces, integration patterns, and error handling.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, gRPC, and Microservices.
• Develop frontend applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex production issues.
• Guide developers on coding practices, debugging, and problem-solving; mentor development teams.
• Work with AWS and DevOps teams on deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and releases.
• Drive Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate technical approaches.
• Provide technical estimation, effort assessment, and planning for new features.
• Establish best practices for performance, scalability, security, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps stakeholders to deliver within timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1012 years of experience with strong, balanced hands‑on expertise in backend and frontend development.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, Microservices architecture.
• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with AWS; strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture patterns.
• Experience in mobile application development; exposure to VOIP-based mobile apps is a strong advantage.
• Distributed caching/in-memory data grids (Hazelcast or equivalent).
• Strong database expertise — PostgreSQL preferred, with solid SQL and data modeling skills.
• Deployment & DevOps exposure: Docker, Tomcat, Nginx, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, alerting, and production observability.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and compliance.
• Proven experience with HLD/LLD preparation and third‑party/external system integrations.
• Exposure to ABDM integration and Healthcare applications is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
