Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead to drive design and optimization of enterprise customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser in a hybrid work model. Qualifications

• Eight to Ten years of experience in technical roles with responsibility for solution design and delivery of customer or operations platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser including data ingestion schema design and journey orchestration.
• Experience in hybrid work models with onsite and remote collaboration.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and operations domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of customer journey solutions using AEP and Journey Optimiser for large-scale marketing and operations initiatives.
• Oversee architecture decisions for AEP-based solutions with integration patterns and data governance.
• Optimize Journey Optimiser configurations by creating journeys rules and audience segments.
• Coordinate with product owners stakeholders and supply chain teams to translate requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on data modeling identity resolution and event streaming in AEP environments.
• Manage code quality release processes with testing and deployment pipelines in a hybrid setting.
• Collaborate with program management to align milestones and communicate risks and progress.

• Possess eight to ten years of experience in technical roles with substantial responsibility for solution design system integration and delivery of customer or operations focused platforms in a multinational context.
• Apply solid understanding of supply chain and operations domains by interpreting process flows inventory considerations and service levels into meaningful customer journey and data requirements when relevant.
