Overview

Application Architect – Adobe Experience Manager (AEP/AJO) – Bengaluru

Responsibilities

• Hands-on expertise with AEP and AJO, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Apply functional marketing and AEP technology expertise to enterprise processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency for a unified customer experience.
• Support discussions with business partners to translate requirements into architecture solutions, from design to code level.
• Drive process adherence, utilizing templates, best practices, and available capabilities.
• Collaborate with Client TSIs, IT leads, and business stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to customer journey development teams.
• Review and validate journey business requirement documents to support journey build and optimization activities.
• Deliver training support, including in-platform shadowing and demos for client associates.
• Apply knowledge and best practices of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics to deliver scalable solutions.
