Job summary

Talent Toppers is seeking an experienced IT Hiring & Key Account Manager in Uttar Pradesh (Dadri) to lead multi-client delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in IT hiring and 3–5 years in KAM with mid to large IT & software product firms, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end client delivery.

You will lead a small team, build strong client relationships, mentor teammates, and work with tier-1 clients in day shifts.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of IT hiring experience with 3-5 years in multi-facet key account management and hiring experience with mid/large IT & Software Product Development firms
• At least 3 years of Client Account Management experience and managing end-to-end client delivery
• Managed a team of 2-4 members
• Excellent client networking and relationship building skills
