Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and manage the Python, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cybersecurity training divisions.
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with current industry trends.
• Ensure high-quality technical training and practical learning outcomes.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Academic & Curriculum Development

• Design, update, and standardize course curricula and learning materials.
• Develop project-based learning modules and capstone projects.
• Create assessments, assignments, lab exercises, and certification preparation materials.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with current industry requirements.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate technical trainers.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.

Training & Delivery

• Deliver advanced technical sessions whenever required.

Quality Assurance
