Job summary

Technobrilliant Learning Solutions is seeking a Data Science Analytics Trainer to deliver comprehensive training in data science, analytics, ML, and BI. You will design content, conduct interactive sessions, and assess learner progress while guiding participants through practical projects.

The role emphasizes strong technical expertise, clear communication, and mentoring, with ongoing updates to the curriculum to include Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical role.
• Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Business Intelligence are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and online training sessions on Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Teach programming languages such as Python and SQL, along with data manipulation libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Explain concepts in statistics, probability, data visualization, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Train learners on machine learning algorithms using Scikit-learn and provide an introduction to deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Conduct hands‑on labs, assignments, case studies, and capstone projects using real-world datasets.
• Teach data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
• Evaluate learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and project reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners on career development, portfolio building, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate emerging topics such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud‑based analytics into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs and learner outcomes.
