Job summary

iamneo, part of the NIIT family, seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality programs across DSA, Java Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, or SDET/Test Automation. You will mentor learners and run hands-on sessions to build practical skills in a results-focused environment.

The role requires strong communication, classroom management, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners. Some travel may be needed to support training delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical training or software training environments.
• Experience delivering hands-on workshops, coding sessions, and assessments.
• Proficiency in one of the tracks: DSA, Java Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, or SDET.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer who can deliver high-quality technical training programs and mentor learners across emerging and core technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in any one of the following: DSA (with C++/Java/Python), Java Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, or Test Automation/SDET

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Mentorship

• Deliver engaging technical training sessions in any one of: DSA, Java Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, or SDET/Test Automation, based on assigned track
• Conduct hands-on workshops, coding sessions, assessments, and practical evaluations
• Mentor and guide learners on projects, coding practices, and problem-solving approaches
• Create an interactive and outcome-driven learning environment
• Support curriculum planning and enhancement aligned with industry requirements
• Prepare technical content, assignments, coding challenges, and training documentation
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant concepts into training delivery

Compliance & Coordination

• Maintain training reports, documentation, audit records, and compliance-related activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, academic teams, and business teams for smooth training operations
• Ensure timely completion of batches, assessments, and learner progress tracking
• Work closely with academic, operations, and delivery teams to improve training effectiveness
• Participate in faculty development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities
• Represent the organization professionally during client interactions, reviews, and academic engagements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical training or software training environments
• Strong expertise in any one of the following tracks:
• DSA — C++, Java, or Python
• Java Full Stack — Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular
• .NET Full Stack — C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
• SDET — Java/Python, Selenium/Playwright, API Testing, CI/CD
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, coding standards, and problem-solving techniques (as applicable to the chosen track)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups
• Experience in handling learner assessments, evaluations, and mentoring activities
• Willingness to travel based on training and business requirements

• Experience working in EdTech, higher education, or corporate training environments
• Familiarity with coding platforms, LMS tools, and online learning ecosystems
• Certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, or Full Stack technologies
