Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to youth at the Skill Development Centre. You will develop learners' practical knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Python, and data visualization, with a strong focus on employability and hands-on learning.

The role requires 2–4 years of training or industry experience in AI/Data Analytics, with a preference for candidates with experience in skill development and youth employability

Qualifications

• BSc IT/CS/EC or related degree; relevant certifications in AI/Data Analytics advantageous.
• Strong foundation in Python, SQL, Excel and data visualization.
• Experience in training or teaching and youth employability programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training in AI, Data Analytics, Python, and related technologies.
• Explain technical concepts in a learner-friendly manner and conduct hands-on sessions.
• Train learners on data handling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
• Design real-world projects and guide learners through portfolios and assessments.
• Coordinate with Centre Head and placement team for learner engagement and outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI & DataAnalytics Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to youth at ourSkill Development Centre. The trainer will be responsible for developinglearners' practical knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence,Python, and data visualization, with a strong focus on employability andhands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliverclassroom and practical training in AI, Data Analytics, Python, andrelated technologies.
  
• Explaintechnical concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.
  
• Conducthands-on sessions, exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.
  
• Trainstudents on data handling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, andinterpretation.
  
• Introducelearners to AI/ML concepts, applications, and responsible use of AItools.
  
• Providepractical exposure to tools such as Python, Excel, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, and AI tools.
  
• Designand guide learners through real-world projects and case studies.
  
• Conductpre- and post-assessments to track learner progress.
  
• Identifylearning gaps and provide additional support to weaker learners.
  
• Supportlearners in completing projects and building job-ready portfolios.
  
• Maintainattendance, assessment scores, training records, and other MISrequirements.
  
• Coordinatewith the Centre Head, placement team, and other stakeholders for learnerengagement and outcomes.
  
• Supportplacement-oriented activities such as mock interviews, resume preparation,technical assessments, and industry sessions.

Experience

• 2–4years of experience in training, teaching, or industry experience inData Analytics / AI / Machine Learning.
  
• Candidateswith strong industry experience and good communication skills may also beconsidered.
  
• Priorexperience in skill development, vocational training, youth training,or employability programs will be preferred.
