Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil and structural construction activities at project sites.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Review and verify BOQ, bills, reconciliation statements, and project costing.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare project status and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and company policies.
• Resolve on-site technical, design, and execution-related issues effectively.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets.
• Maintain proper documentation of project activities, materials, approvals, and contractor performance.
