Job summary

The Vibe Realty in Mumbai is seeking a senior construction leader to oversee planning and site execution across multiple projects, aligning strategy, phasing and schedules to drive on-time delivery. This role demands strong leadership in coordinating teams, consultants, and vendors on busy sites.

You will supervise civil, MEP and finishing works, manage budgets and procurement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain rigorous progress reporting and MIS dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning and site execution across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prepare overall construction strategy, project phasing and execution plans.
• Ensure timely project delivery as per approved construction schedule.
• Oversee civil, MEP and finishing works ensuring quality compliance.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress tracking and weekly project monitoring.
• Manage project budgets, cost optimization and monitoring against BOQ.
• Coordinate and manage Consultants, Architects, Vendors & Subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliances and regulatory norms.
• Drive procurement planning aligned to project timelines.
• Ensure material tracking, labor management and resource allocation at each site.
• Implement best project management practices & MIS reporting.
• Resolve site challenges proactively technical, manpower, approvals etc.
• Control rework, wastage, and ensure productivity improvement at sites.
• Stakeholder coordination with internal management, finance and authorities.
• Provide leadership to project managers, engineers and on-ground construction teams.
• Ensure weekly/monthly project reporting and escalation mechanism.
• Implement systems such as project monitoring dashboards, quality audits, etc
