Job summary

Samuthra Industrial Park India is seeking a site engineer to supervise daily construction activities at our Coimbatore district project. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings and project plans, coordinating with contractors and site workers.

You will monitor quality, measurements, and progress, prepare daily reports, manage manpower and materials, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and housekeeping on site while collaborating with project managers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Check measurements, levels, dimensions, and site progress.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and other departments.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Minimize material wastage and maintain proper site housekeeping.
