Job summary

C P Aquaculture in India seeks a technically skilled sales professional to drive revenue in commercial animal feed, concentrates, or premixes. You will provide scientific advisory to farmers and integrators on feed formulation, nutrition, and animal performance.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in veterinary/nutrition with B2B sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel across regional territories. MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing is a strong plus.

• Field Support & Trials: Conduct on-farm trials, troubleshoot feeding or disease challenges, and demonstrate product efficacy.
• B2B Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with key accounts, veterinary clinics, feedmill owners, and distributors.
• Training & Marketing Support: Train the internal sales team on product science and conduct technical seminars or webinars for local stakeholders.

Core Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Veterinary Science (BVSc & AH) or a degree in Animal Nutrition/Science; an MBA in Agribusiness or Marketing is a strong plus.
• Experience: 3 to 10+ years combining clinical veterinary/nutrition background with hands-on commercial B2B sales or technical support in the animal health/feed sector.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of animal diseases, feed processing, and nutritional metabolism paired with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Mobility: High willingness for extensive field travel within assigned regional territories.
