Roles:
Assistthe Business Development Manager (BDM) in achieving sales and businessexpansion targets for poultry feed supplements and bio security products.
Identifynew business opportunities, customer segments, and potential markets.
Supportin maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers, dealers, anddistributors.
Generatenew business leads and enhance customer base (farms, hatcheries, feed mills,integrators).
Promoteproducts through field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and technical sessions.
Coordinatewith internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics & product availability.
Monitorcompetitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
Ensureproper coordination with BDEs/field staff for collections and order closures.
Buildcustomer relationships to strengthen brand trust and retention.
Maintainreporting discipline – MIS, DSR, market intelligence & weekly reviews.

Conductregular field visits to poultry farms, dealers & integrators for product promotion.
