Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced facilities manager to support technical operations across three buildings, ensuring systems run reliably, safely, and in compliance. You will lead planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate vendors, maintain logs, support safety drills, and mentor junior staff while upholding client and JLL standards in a shift-based environment.

The role requires strong reporting, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office and FM tools;

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years, or BE/BTech with 3+ years, technical FM experience.
  • Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and FM tools.
  • Willing to work shifts and cover multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates.
  • Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption.
  • Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams; participate in safety drills and maintain audit-ready safety documentation.
  • Conduct site rounds, flag risks, and implement risk mitigation, energy conservation, and sustainability measures.
  • Support minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades as required.
  • Train and assist junior staff and service teams on technical and safety procedures; contribute to a flexible, collaborative team environment.
  • Foster a safe, compliant, and service-focused culture across both buildings, upholding The Client and JLL standards.

Job description
