Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon invites an experienced Technical Engineer - Buildings to support tender, documentation and coordination for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia projects based in Nashik. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 5–10+ years of experience are preferred.

You will prepare and submit tender packages, review tender documents, prepare method statements and TQs, coordinate across estimation, planning, MEP and design teams, maintain filing systems and track deadlines to ensure on‑time submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in technical documentation and tender support for building projects.
• Knowledge of building construction documentation and tender submission processes.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender packages for building projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for building works.
• Prepare and compile technical submissions including method statements, technical queries (TQs), and clarification responses.
• Coordinate between estimation, planning, MEP, and design teams to ensure timely tender deliverables.
• Maintain a structured filing system for all tender documentation and correspondence.
• Track tender timelines, deadlines, and action items to ensure on-time submission.
• Assist in preparation of pre-qualification documents, company profiles, and technical brochures.
• Support the KSA team with document control, transmittals, and technical coordination tasks.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for technical document submissions.
• Ensure compliance of tender documents with client requirements and Saudi standards.
• Support preparation of bid bonds, performance bonds, and other contractual documents.
• Coordinate with the KSA office for technical approvals and clarifications.
