Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon in Nashik seeks an experienced Architect to support Kingdom of Saudi Arabia projects. Develop concepts, draw detailed architectural plans, and coordinate with structural, MEP and interior teams to ensure SBC compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 6–10+ years in architectural design for building projects, GCC/KSA experience preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong portfolio and BIM experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in architectural design for building projects.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of building typologies (commercial, residential, hospitality).
• Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local municipality regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with BIM-based workflows is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for building projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to coordinate designs.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with SBC, local authority regulations, and client requirements.
• Prepare and compile architectural tender packages including drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
• Liaise with the KSA team for client review comments, design approvals, and technical clarifications.
• Conduct design coordination reviews to resolve architectural and structural/MEP clashes.
• Assist in preparation of material submittals, shop drawings review, and as-built documentation.
• Prepare 3D visualizations and presentation material to support client approvals.
• Support value engineering by proposing cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Maintain design quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with draftsmen for preparation of detailed working drawings.
