Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon in Nashik seeks a Senior Planning Engineer to support Kingdom of Saudi Arabia projects. You will prepare tender baselines and schedules for roads, bridges, highways, and infrastructure, coordinating with estimation, design, procurement, and tender teams.

Role requires 7–10+ years in infrastructure planning, strong scheduling expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and excellent communication. GCC/KSA exposure is highly preferred; travel to KSA may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in project planning for infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in roads, bridges, highways, and large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• GCC/KSA experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary project schedules and tender baseline programs for Roads, Bridges, Highways, Utilities, and Infrastructure projects during the tender stage.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and scope of work to understand project requirements and construction methodology.
• Develop tender planning deliverables including Baseline Program, Construction Sequence, Resource Loading, Manpower Histograms, Equipment Deployment Plan, Cash Flow Projections.
• Coordinate with estimation, quantity surveying, design, procurement, and tender teams for preparation of technical submissions.
• Prepare project execution strategy and construction methodology in line with client and tender requirements
• Develop and update Resource Histograms on a weekly basis.
• Identify critical activities, project risks, constraints, and mitigation measures during the tender stage.
• Prepare detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project and support tender commercial evaluation.
• Develop project phasing plans, staging methodology, traffic diversion plans, and milestone schedules for infrastructure project.
• Assist in preparation of tender technical proposals, presentations, and planning narratives.
• Review client requirements, contractual milestones, and tender conditions related to planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with KSA technical and tender teams for submission deadlines and planning inputs.
• Ensure all tender planning submissions comply with client specifications, FIDIC requirements, and project standards.
• Support management in bid strategy, execution planning, and project feasibility assessments.
