We are hiring experienced Senior Engineer Estimation for the support to Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaProjects.

Location Nashik (Back-Office Support-KSA Projects)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings (roads, bridges, utilities, earthworks, etc.).
• Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing sheets based on KSA/GCC market standards.
• Assist in developing competitive tender pricing strategies in coordination with the Estimation Manager.
• Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and execution teams for inputs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and compile tender BOQ, cost summaries, and commercial submissions.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions and highlight them during the tender stage.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and Saudi standards.
• Support preparation of technical queries (TQs), clarifications, and addendum responses.
• Assist in value engineering proposals to optimize cost.
• Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings (if required).
• Provide support during post-tender negotiations and clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in estimation for civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in roads, highways, bridges, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera estimation software preferred.
• Good understanding of construction methods and costing.
• Ability to analyze drawings and specifications accurately.
