Job summary

MYK Laticrete is seeking a field-focused professional to lead site execution, provide technical support, and coordinate projects for construction chemical solutions. You will perform product applications like waterproofing and tile adhesives, resolve complaints, and conduct demonstrations.

Your role includes root cause analysis, pull-out testing, and delivering technical presentations at sites, ensuring tasks meet deadlines while collaborating with sales teams for project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction chemical projects or related field.
• Strong hands-on ability in product application and site activities.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations and training at sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site execution, technical support, and project coordination for construction chemical projects.
• Perform product application, waterproofing, tile adhesive work, and complaint resolution.
• Carry out root cause analysis, pull-out testing, product demonstrations, and technical presentations as required.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project deadlines.

Activities

1.Execute Sample-Execute the sample of at the projet site as per the specification/proposal from the sales team

2.Meetings- conduct the mason training meets at project site and ensure the pplication of the products as per the methodology.

3.Conduct a specific application meeting to the contractors and applicator to get the desired results

4.Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs

5.Collaborate with sales teams to support project execution and key accounts.

6.Complaints - Idenitify the product related issues and Maintain detailed reports on products and application.

7.Responsible for periodic training and development activities at the project sites.8.Conduct pull out test as per the site requirement
