Job summary

• Provide technical guidance to dealers, contractors, builders, engineers, and customers on cement applications and products.
• Conduct site visits and support customers in resolving technical issues related to cement and concrete.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer awareness programs.
• Generate product trials and support conversion of competing products.
• Develop relationships with key influencers such as architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and builders.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, products, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, and Plant teams to address customer concerns.
• Support achievement of sales targets through technical promotion and market development.
• Prepare market visit reports and maintain customer/technical activity records.
