Job summary

Sika is seeking a dedicated professional to demonstrate suitable construction products in Delhi, India. The role involves proactive engagement with customers through product demonstrations, technical support, and conducting laboratory tests to ensure product effectiveness.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for capturing customer feedback and staying updated on market trends. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work closely with the sales team are essential for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth.
• Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement.
• Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings.
• Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
• Provide technical support to customers / contractors on site.
• Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling / demonstration at site.
• Stay abreast of market trends and changes.
• Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance.
• Periodic engage with Sika authorized applicator base.
• Technical product presentation at customer site / office.

Job description

Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resolution, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calendar.
