Job summary

Rudra Real Estate in Kanpur is seeking a Civil Engineer with 1-3 years' experience to coordinate architectural, structural and MEP teams on residential/high-rise projects. The role also involves maintaining technical documents, approvals, and drawings, and following up on RFIs, MOMs, trackers, and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering, be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and possess strong communication, documentation and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in Civil/Construction/Real Estate/PMC.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.
• Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Experience in residential/high-rise projects preferred.
• Female Civil Engineers are encouraged to apply.
