Job Purpose
To coordinate and monitor projects from Head Office by liaising with site teams, contractors, consultants, QS, planning, procurement, and management, ensuring projects are completed as per approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, consultants, QS, and planning teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review BOQ, quantities, measurements, rate analysis, RA bills, final bills, and quantity reconciliation.
- Track contractor/subcontractor billing, certifications, variations, extra items, and cost implications.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress, delays, critical activities, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate drawings, RFIs, technical queries, approvals, and site requirements.
- Prepare and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, commercial, and site teams for project requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, and potential cost overruns.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, drawings, contracts, BOQs, and billing records.
- Support the Project Manager and management in overall project planning, execution, and problem resolution.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 68 years of experience in construction/project coordination, preferably in a Head Office environment.
- Strong knowledge of QS, BOQ, billing, planning, quantity measurement, variations, and cost monitoring.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, project documentation, and site activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, reporting, and follow-up skills.Job Purpose

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in construction/project coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, drawings and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination and MS Office/Excel skills.
