Job summary

FourthSquare, LLC is seeking a Technical Consultant for ServiceNow AI-Enabled Data Management. This remote role offers a hybrid model with 3 days in Hyderabad and requires 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and data-management solutions.

You will design integrations, manage IT asset data, and apply AI features while coordinating with clients in a consulting setup. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting or development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with BR, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience configuring and developing solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data integrations, and large enterprise datasets.
• Experience with IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data-quality initiatives.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions involving IT Asset, Hardware Asset, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, transformation, normalization, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, queries, and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance, bias awareness, transparency, security, and human oversight.
• Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and structured software development standards.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration, and data-related issues.
• Experience supporting system integration testing, product testing, UAT defect resolution, regression testing, and release-readiness activities.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
