Job summary

ParamInfo in Hyderabad seeks a Technical Consultant to lead ServiceNow AI-Enabled Data Management initiatives. You will apply hands-on ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs, to deliver robust data-management solutions.

You will collaborate with clients, design REST/SOAP integrations, work in an Agile delivery environment, and leverage AI features such as Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence while upholding data

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development: BRs, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Jobs.
• Experience with Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Familiar with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Knowledge of IT Asset/Hardware Asset, CMDB, Product Model or data quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration and data issues.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and client-facing environments.

Job Title: Technical Consultant - ServiceNow AI-Enabled Data Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs
• Experience configuring and developing solutions using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with external systems
• Experience with ServiceNow data models, Import Sets, Transform Maps, data integrations, and large enterprise datasets
• Experience with IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data-quality initiatives
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions involving IT Asset, Hardware Asset, CMDB, Product Model, or enterprise data management
• Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, transformation, normalization, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, queries, and reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance, bias awareness, transparency, security, and human oversight
• Familiarity with Git, version control practices, and structured software development standards
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex ServiceNow, integration, and data-related issues
• Experience supporting system integration testing, product testing, UAT defect resolution, regression testing, and release-readiness activities
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment

Required ServiceNow Certifications

• CSA Certified System Administrator
• CAD Certified Application Developer
• CIS Certified Implementation Specialist Plus, at least one additional certification
