Job summary

Sun Teknolozy is seeking a Technical Associate (Fulltime - Internship) to join our field service team in Tamil Nadu. You will be trained for installation and setup of pollution monitoring instruments at customer sites, with hands-on demonstrations to ensure client confidence.

Job description

We are seeking a Technical Associate (Fulltime -Internship) to join our dynamic technical support team. You will be trained for installation and setup of pollution monitoring instruments at customer site. This includes providing hands-on demonstrations to ensure customers are confident in monitoring the systems. The role involves routine and emergency servicing, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

The engineer will also be trained to handle data connectivity and configuration tasks, ensuring seamless integration of our equipment with the IoT infrastructure. A key part of the role is to document service activities and prepare detailed service reports for internal records and client reference. This role requires strong technical aptitude, particularly in electronics and instrumentation, along with a willingness to work in the field.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, possess good communication skills, and be an effective team player. A positive attitude and readiness to travel extensively to customer sites is essential. This opportunity is open to fresh male graduates or diploma holders in EEE, ECE, EIE, or ICE.
