Intern/Trainee Engineers for Technical Trainer – 11‑month on‑job training programme focusing on skill development through project work, client visits, onsite gap analysis, group training, leadership development and technical training preparation and delivery.

Job Location: All India corporate client site.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on project work for skill development.
• Client visits for Science & Technologies exposure.
• Conducting onsite gap analysis.
• Group training and leadership skill development sessions.
• Preparation and delivery of technical training.
• Technical manual and Standard Operating Procedure preparation.
• Process mapping.
• Conducting technical training sessions.

Qualifications

• Fresher engineers with B.E./B.Tech. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, AI & ML, Cyber Security).
• Current year final‑year batch considered.
• No prior work experience required.

Stipend & Benefits

• Stipend increases each month – ₹7,500 in month 1 to ₹13,000 in month 10, with ₹13,000 in month 11 and appointment letter thereafter.
• Annual increment of 3–5% based on performance.
• Promotion possibilities every 2–3 years with 5–20% salary hike.
• Retirement age 60 years.
• Paid holidays: 52 Sundays + 10 festival holidays in the first 12 months, 14 public holidays thereafter.

Selection Process

• Round 1 – Telephonic interview.
• Round 2 – Technical interview, computer test, English writing test, and subject‑knowledge test.
• Round 3 – Financial interview for appointment.
