Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead large-scale implementations and optimizations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules. The role demands hands-on development, integration work, and architectural guidance to deliver customer value.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, relevant certifications (CSA/CIS/CAD), and strong problem-solving skills. ITIL is a plus, with a record of managing complex support and modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Event management, CSM, SPM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), HRSD, Orchestration, Virtual Agent & Portal.
• Proficiency in developing custom applications, modules, and workflows using ServiceNow's native development tools.
• Must have worked on multiple integrations / eBonding with other ITSM / Non ITSM tools.
• System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS and CAD are must.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
