Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer in Bengaluru to design, implement, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and service catalog components, building integrations via REST and SOAP while following ITIL practices and agile processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, CSA and CAD certifications, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal or Employee Center.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow data model.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, or Now Assist capabilities.
• Experience with source control and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
• Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and business processes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.
• Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, and ACLs.
• Build custom applications and extend out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile development activities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.
