Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will work on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom apps, building workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

Strong scripting, API, and CMDB expertise are essential for delivering reliable configurations. The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on experience, CSA certification, and solid ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Solid experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Experience with integrations and automation.
• Working knowledge of CMDB concepts and ITIL processes.
• Experience in enterprise or managed services environments preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification – Mandatory
• CIS (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM) – Preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom scripting.
• Work on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, CSM or custom apps.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalogs, and flows.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Support CMDB and Discovery for data accuracy and relationship integrity.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery.
• Follow platform best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines
