HR Technology Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled HR Technology Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of HR technology support functions, ensuring the effective administration and optimization of our Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Darwinbox. The HR Technology Supervisor oversees system support activities, data integrity, quality assurance activities, and the execution of HR technology initiatives while providing leadership and guidance to a small team.

Working in partnership with the HR Technology Manager, this role supports system enhancements, process improvements, testing activities, and project execution to ensure HR technology solutions effectively support global HR operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR systems expertise, experience supporting global HR operations, project management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead and develop team members. Experience with HRMS or HR technology platforms supporting core HR processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Technology Administration & Support

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRMS (Darwinbox), ensuring system reliability, functionality, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize business processes and workflows through technology solutions.
• Maintain employee data integrity through regular audits, validation processes, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with and support the HR Technology Manager in planning, testing, and deploying system enhancements, updates, and new modules.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across all HR systems.

Team Supervision & Development

• Supervise, coach, and develop a small HR technology support team.
• Assign and prioritize daily work activities to ensure service quality and timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support for complex HR technology issues.
• Conduct ongoing performance feedback, development planning, and support team capability growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Support

• Support HR technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, testing activities, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Track project activities and communicate progress, risks, and issues to the HR Technology Manager.

Quality Assurance & Data Governance

• Support quality assurance processes for HR systems, data management, and reporting.
• Perform testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and configuration updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with HRMS or HR technology platforms supporting core HR processes in a global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
