Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a PLM Production Support professional to provide production support for PLM applications, monitor health, and ensure availability of production systems. The role involves handling incidents, problems and changes in line with standard support processes.

You will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures to deter recurring problems, contributing to system reliability and performance across multiple PLM
