Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Functional Support Engineer for PLM (3DEXPERIENCE) to provide L2/L3 maintenance and support for PLM environments in Pune.

The role focuses on configuring and administering the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ENOVIA central modules, CATIA Magic, and collaboration across functional and development teams, ensuring continuous PLM availability and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform fundamentals, configuration and administration.
• Experience in System Engineering.
• Experience in CATIA Magic.
• Proficiency in ENOVIA Functional Central and ENOVIA Engineering Central modules.
• Strong knowledge of BOM, release management and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

L2 Functional Support Engineer for PLM (3DX) L2/L3 maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. To work as Functional Support for PLM L2/L3 maintenance services.
• 2.To analyze and resolve the user issues reported on functional and technical Batches of PLM
• 3.Provide proactive alerts and mitigate any risks to have continuity of PLM availability
• 4.To actively track the different metrics from business team
• 5.To collaborate with different teams (Functional experts, perimeter pilots, Development Teams and Support teams).
• 6.To provide necessary support to offshore team members
• 7.To participate in different status and governance meetings, circulate status reports.

Skill Requirements

• 1. Strong expertise in 3dexperience platform fundamentals, including but not limited to configuration, administration.
• 2. Expereince in System Engineeering
• 3. Expereince in CATIA Magic
• 4. Proficiency in enovia functional central, covering areas such as requirements management, change management, BOM, Release Management and collaboration.
• 5. Strong Expereince in Catia Magic
• 6. In-depth knowledge of enovia engineering central, with skills in bom management, project management, and product configuration.
• 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
• 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and drive technical discussions.
• 9. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines

Other Requirements

• 1.Relevant certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Fundamentals and ENOVIA Functional/Engineering Central are a plus.
