Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced PLM Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter and other PLM applications. You will handle incident management, troubleshooting workflow issues, CAD integrations, and ensure smooth PLM operations across global business functions.

You will monitor performance, resolve production issues, support ECM/ECR/ECO processes, BOM management, and coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders in India and abroad to drive timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of PLM support experience.
• Experience with Teamcenter and CAD integrations.
• ITIL-based support knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive/al industry domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Teamcenter PLM environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines.
• Support ECM/ECR/ECO processes and workflows.
• Monitor and maintain PLM application performance and availability.
• Investigate workflow failures, dispatcher issues, dataset validation problems, and integration errors.
• Support BOM management, release processes, and lifecycle management activities.
• Work on CAD integrations such as NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, and related engineering systems.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and global stakeholders to resolve critical production issues.
• Support user access management, release deployments, and environment maintenance.
• Generate support metrics, ticket trend analysis, and operational reports.
• Participate in change management, system upgrades, and enhancement activities.
