Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled PLM Support Engineer to support Teamcenter PLM with 3–8 years of experience. You will handle L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot workflows, manage BOMs, and assist with ECM/ECO processes, CAD integrations, and RCA.

The role involves coordinating with global teams, monitoring system health, and contributing to continuous improvements. Experience with Teamcenter PLM, NX/CATIA/SolidWorks, and Oracle SQL is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM applications across production and non-production environments.
• Troubleshoot workflow-related issues, system performance problems, and application errors.
• Support ECM/ECO/ECR processes and workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot BOM structures, dataset issues, release processes, and access-related requests.
• Support CAD integrations with NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, and other engineering tools.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive solutions for recurring incidents.
• Monitor application health, job servers, workflow execution, and system performance.
• Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Generate support reports, trend analysis, and operational dashboards.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, testing, and post-release support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
