Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Testing & Quality Assurance to lead QA efforts across AI-driven software solutions. You will develop test strategies, execute test cases, and collaborate with AI/engineering teams to ensure robust quality standards and performance.

Emphasis on automation, industry best practices, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong QA fundamentals, certifications, and experience with agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, CS or IT.
• Masters with Software Engineering certifications and related QA qualifications.
• ISTQB CTFL and ISTQB Tester certifications listed.
• Java SE 8 Programmer certification.
