Job summary

Ranosys is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead to guide client engagements and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from design through go-live. You will lead workshops, own technical quality, and mentor a team of developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, perform fit-gap analyses, and oversee deployments, upgrades, and post-production support while maintaining thorough documentation and driving platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• At least 4 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations delivered as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
• Proven experience leading a development team and working directly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, with the confidence to lead client meetings independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT, triage defects, and drive deliverables to sign-off and go-live.
• Maintain technical documentation and proactively recommend platform improvements to clients.

• Proven experience leading a development team and working directly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, with the confidence to lead client meetings independently.
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against tight deadlines.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Any CIS certification (ITSM / CSM / HRSD / Discovery / Data Foundations) – preferred
