Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert needs into specs and designs.
• Design and build ServiceNow solutions hands-on, ensuring quality from design to go-live.
• Own estimation, sprint planning inputs, and manage deployments and upgrades.
• Lead and mentor a team of 36 developers with code reviews and guidance.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients; run status calls and demos.
• Coordinate UAT, triage defects, drive deliverables to sign-off and go-live.
• Maintain technical docs and propose platform improvements to clients.

About the Role

Ranosys Technologies is looking for a certified ServiceNow Tech Lead who combines deep platform expertise with System Analyst-level thinking. You will design and build solutions hands-on, lead a small development team, and act as the technical point of contact for clients. The role needs strong ownership, confident client communication, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with clients, perform fit-gap analysis against out-of-box capabilities, and convert needs into functional specs, user stories, and technical designs.
• Design and build ServiceNow solutions hands-on, owning technical quality from design to go-live.
• Own solution estimation, provide sprint planning inputs, and manage deployments, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Lead and mentor a team of 36 developers through task allocation, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients - run status calls and demos, handle escalations, and manage scope and change requests with the PM.
• Coordinate UAT, triage defects, and drive deliverables to sign-off and go-live.
• Maintain technical documentation and proactively recommend platform improvements to clients.
• 6-8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• At least 4 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations delivered as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
• Proven experience leading a development team and working directly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, with the confidence to lead client meetings independently.
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against tight deadlines.
