Job summary

Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead regional training initiatives, design curricula, and partner with agencies to deliver impactful learning programs. You will ensure induction for new joiners and continuous development for existing staff across cloud, security, IoT, and digital solutions.

• Identifying training needs based on regional business and functional needs.
• Coordinate with agencies/partners to execute learning interventions and create a continuous learning culture.
• Implement post training effectiveness framework - Track progress as per the laid-out framework, including PEPs.
• Develops employee certifications/courses to attain distinct levels of proficiency in product training.
• Maintains training data and relevant reports including weekly/monthly/yearly process KPI training reports for presentation to stakeholders.

• Will be responsible to provide product induction training to New Joiners/ Existing Employees.
• Analyse day-to-day needs for training in the team specifically to the underperforming Associates.
• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session.
• Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of the cloud and digital solutions.
