Job summary

Birla Estates seeks a dynamic professional to lead land acquisition opportunities and drive growth across key micro-markets in Pune. You will conduct market intelligence, feasibility studies, and site evaluations while building strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and consultants.

You will support negotiations, due diligence, and closure processes, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Design, Projects, and Sales to evaluate opportunities from commercial and strategic perspectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Land Acquisition, Business Development, Asset Expansion, or Real Estate Transactions.
• Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market and development landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities from both commercial and strategic perspectives.
