Job summary

Esteem Ventures in India seeks a COO for Land Acquisition & Business Development to lead identification, due diligence, and closing of land deals.

You will build and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, government agencies and investors, drive strategic partnerships, and present opportunities to management and stakeholders. This role requires strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing land acquisition deals.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition laws and regulations in Karnataka.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
