Job summary

Bridgehive Hr Consultants in Mumbai seeks an experienced real estate professional to lead land acquisition, redevelopment, and JV opportunities in the MMRDA/NAINA regions. You will conduct market research, assess feasibility, perform due diligence on titles, and support negotiations with landowners and partners.

The role requires strong financial analysis, regulatory understanding (DCR 2034, UDCPR, MHADA, SRA), and the ability to coordinate complex projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in real estate land acquisition, redevelopment, or JV transactions.
• Strong market knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify land acquisition, joint venture (JV), and redevelopment opportunities across MMRDA and NAINA regions.
• Conduct market research and assess project feasibility, pricing, and development potential.
• Evaluate land titles, legal due diligence, statutory approvals, and financial viability.
• Participate in JV structuring, negotiations, and relationship management with landowners and partners.
• Identify distressed properties, NCLT cases, and bank auction opportunities.
• Prepare feasibility reports, cash flow models, bid proposals, and monthly MIS.
• Coordinate society redevelopment, regulatory approvals, and project execution activities.
• Understand applicable regulations, including DCR 2034, UDCPR, MHADA, and SRA.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate land acquisition, redevelopment, or JV transactions.
• Strong market knowledge, negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
