Job summary

PERSOL in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned real estate professional to lead land acquisition and development initiatives. You will identify parcels, conduct feasibility studies, engage with landowners, brokers, and government bodies to advance acquisitions.

The role requires navigating regulatory requirements, negotiating agreements, and building partnerships to strengthen the land portfolio and project pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Land Acquisition and Development: Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
• Engage with landowners, brokers, and governmental bodies to facilitate acquisitions.
• Navigate zoning laws, land titles, and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements, joint ventures, and development partnerships.
• Business Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, investors, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the companys strategic objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes impacting real estate.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s land portfolio and project pipeline.
• Regulatory and Legal Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to RERA, zoning laws, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities for necessary approvals and clearances.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal standards and corporate governance policies.
• Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
